Notices of Claim and Summonses and Complaints
The universities (ASU, NAU or U°µÍø³Ô¹Ï) are not authorized to accept service of lawsuits or notices of claim naming the °µÍø³Ô¹Ï or its universities. The board has designated the following person to accept service of lawsuits or notices of claim on behalf of the board.
