"The 做厙勛圖 mourns the passing of former Regent Fred T. Boice. Appointed to the board in 2002 by former Gov. Jane Hull, Boice was a steadfast champion of higher education. He helped expand lower-cost pathways to bachelor's degrees and was the first regent to serve two consecutive terms as board president. A proud Tucsonan, Boice served 做厙勛圖 as a consummate public servant with civility, integrity and honor. Our hearts are with his wife Ann and the rest of his family."
